ART GALLERY PLANS.
NO DECISION YET REACHED. Members of the Jury or" Award set up to select the winning design in the Art Gallery competition met again yesterdav morning and afternoon, when there were present. Mr R. E. McDougall (donor oj ihe Art Gallery), the Mayor (Mr J. K. Archer), and Mr R. Wall work (director of the School of Art). At the afternoon session Mr S. Hurst Seager, the assessor for the competition, was also in attendance. At the conclusion of the meeting, it wa« announced that a final decision bad not yet been. made.
