EVERYBODY'S THEATRE.
A tense drama of the underworld in a big city, and of another and different underworld in a far land to which voluntary exiles go to evade the reach of the law, is the main offering of Everybody's Theatre this week. One of the most beautiful girls on the screen, and an outstanding emotional actress, is Madge Bellamy, and it is she who takes the main role. Opposite her is Don Terry. The picture is vivid and entertaining from beginning to end. The story has to do with a beautiful and innocent girl, Alice Carroll, caught in a web of circumstances and brought to trial for murder.
"Come Across," starring Reed Howee and Lina Basqnette, and a strong supporting programme, complete the bill.
