LIBERTY THEATRE. An excellent programme of talkies aad sound synchronised films found favour with the large audience at the Liberty Theatre last night. "The Red Dance," the principal film, is a story of Russia before and during the Revolution. Dolores del Rio has given some brilliant characterisations previously, kbut in this picture she is excellent, both Ms the peasant girl and as the dancer. Charles Farrell makes a most efficient Grand Duke. The supporting movietone features are well varied, and exceptionally clear. The Fox Movietone gives Marshal Foch's American Armistice speech, and Lady Heath, who was seriously injured in a recent aeroplane acci dent, talks to Americana.
