The Sty* Gun Club held a shoot cm Saturday afternoon in period weather. There" was a fair attendance of spectators. The first match was at clay birds, and drew a field of twenty shooters, out of which only two shot the possible. The second match was the club's annual sparrow championship for a gold medal presented by Mr D. J. Coffey, and an optional sweepstake. Twenty-three members competed, four killing- nine birds and dividing the sweepstake. In the shoot-eft* for the medal 11. Truseott won on the fourtii round. , , , R.
