LAND FOR SETTLEMENT.
V MARLBOROUGH HOLDINGS. {PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) BLENHEIM, August 6. The Bankhouse and Marchburn Estates, which adjoin at the confluence of the Waihopai and Wairau rivers, about ten miles from Blenheim, have been offered to the Government for closer settlement. The Delta Estate also adjoins the properties referred to, and is available for closer settlement. The three properties subdivided would afford an opportunity for a closer settlement scheme on a fairly large scale.
