PEKING SEEKS EXTRADITION OF CHANG. (usJiTBD raxss association —by bmctbic TZLEGHAPH —COPYBIOHT.) (Received August sth, 10.15 p.m.) TOKIO, August 5. Chang Tsung-chang. together with his private secretary, has Been indicted with killing the Prince's son at Beppu. It is reported that the Peking Judiciary is demanding the extradition of Chang Tsung-chang on account of his implication in murders before his flight to Japan.—Australian Press Association. _ Chang Tsung-chang, tho former dictator of Shantung, who is now a political exile, shot the son of a former prince of the Mancbu Dynasty in an hotel at Beppu. Chang declared that he was attacked and fired in self-de-fence, but it was obvious that there was of the facts, and a police investigation was commenced.J
