SYDNEY. August 5.
Another case similar to that at Cessnock, in which a bride was battered with a hammer by a former lover, * reported in which a woman was battered with a hammer Grafton and her husband was found with his throat cut. He is alleged to have committed suicide. The dead man is Denny, aged 60. His wife, Jane, is in hosptal in a critical condition. Australian Press Association.
