DRUNKEN SERVICE CAR DRIVER. (PMM ASSOCIATION TSLEOSA3C.) HAMILTON, August 5. For being intoxicated while in charge of la motor-oar, (Charles Cauldwell Hooper, aged 21, a service car driver of Fraokton, was fined £lO, his license was suspended until May 31st, and he was disqualified from driving for a further 12 months. The police said Hooper was arrested on Sunday morning. He had been before the Court in June, 1926, for dan* gerous driving, and in January, 1927, tor fighting. i
