SKATING.
The popular pastime, roller ekating, ia now in full swing, and the ekating public are keen for this winter pastime. Commencing or. Saturday, the management nave decided to open up the ekating rink in the Oddfellows' Hali, St. Asaph street, sessions being held at 2.30 in the afternoons and 7.30 in the evenings. The usual popular sessions in the Memorial Hall, Papanui, on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays continue to draw crowds of skating enthusiasts.
