WINTER SHOW.
MEETING OF EXECUTIVE. The executive of the Winter Show Committee met yesterday, Mr F. Coop presiding. A letter was received from a local business concern cancelling its application for space owing to the decision of the committee not allowing a certain vacuum cleaner to be exhibited. Mr 11. Bradley reported that the space had been re-allotted. The letter was received, no action being taken. Notification was received that the Banks Peninsula, Ashburton, and Northern districts intended to exhibit bays at the show. A motion was carried to the effect that in the event of Malvern not exhibiting bavs, Ellesmere be allowed to ahow with Banka PowßMita".
