The Agents-General, the High Commissioner for New Zealand, Sir James Parr, and 5000 Salvationists were present when Prince George opened the Booth Memorial Training College at Denmark Hill, consisting of 12 houses in which 350 men and 250 women can be accommodated.
The Prince said that it fulfilled a great man's dream. He had established the university of humanity, in which men and women could be trained in all phases of useful endeavour.—Australian Press Association, United Service.
