Adolpbus James Curhne was charged in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., with obtaining from the Dominion Enbber Supplies goods valued at £4 Is 3d by means of a false pretence. He was further charged with indecent assault on a male and with attempted indecent assault on a male. The Chief-Detective asked for a remand till July 18th, and thi§ was granted.
