LATE MR W. J. H. BOWLES.

THE FUNERAL

The funeral of tho late Mr William Jamea Henry Bowles took place from his late residence, 'Maesbury," New Brighton road, Burwood, .on Saturday morning, proceeding to the Bromley Cemetery, where the Rev. U. Fitzgerald, of Holy Trinity Church, Avon&ide, conducted the service. The funeral procession consisted of about forty cars, and there was a large attendance of friends and business associates of tho late Mr Bowles. The chief mourners were Mrs Bowles and Messrs N. and W. Bowles, and the pall-bearers were Messrs R. Glenlington, B. Penlington, P. Cohen, R. Parker, H. Swallow, W. Williamson, W. Jamieson, and T. W. Stringer.
