BAIKALA MARU AFLOAT. (USTTBD FBESS ASSOCIATION'— Zt ELECTBIC TELEGSAPB— COPYRIGHT.) (Received June 15th, 12.10 a.m.) KOBE, June 14. The Baikala Maru, from Dairen, which stranded on an islet south of Korea on Tuesday, first reported a total loss, has now been towed off and is possibly repairable. Four hundred passengers landed on the islet suffered from exposure.' Some arrived in Japan complaining bitterly of the conduct of the crew, charging indifference to the passengers' comfort and their lives. —United Service.
