GRAND CABARET DANCE. i A grand cabaret dance, under Jewish ] auspices,, was held las.t night, when the Winter Garden, spacious though it is, was hardly large enough to accommodate the hundreds 'that attended this particularly well-arranged and most enjoyable gathering. The various charities in the City, which have long enjoyed the generosity of the Jewish community, will certainly benefit very considerably from last night's dance. The members of the committee, to whom congratulations on the unqualified success of the cabaret was due, were Mrs Arthur Rose, Mr O. L. Ballin, Mr M. Hollander, and Mr L. Bierman, hon. secretary. Music was supplied by the BaileyMarston Orchestra, and a jazz ballet was gracefully danced by a party of Miss Dorothy White's pupils. The ladies present included: Mesdames Arthur Rose, Arthur McDonald, G. H. Radford, F. A. Gates, Harry Sidney Stevens, M. Hollander, M. Squire, R. Whitehead, W. F. Barber, A. Read, A. R. Mercer, H. C.
