Laurie, Ltd., manufacturing confectioners and biscuit makers, was purchased by J. M. Mennie, Ltd. J. M. Mennie, Ltd., have been in the miscuit and confectionery manufacturing business in Auckland since 1869. The price involved >is not stated.
