CO-OPERATIVE SYSTEM OF CONTROL.

The House of Commons gave the Uurd reading last night to two Bills taigaed to promote the co-ope ration «f London passenger traffic, and the profklon of a common management of wuftKajr, omnibus, and tube aervices. Tnm promoters gave an undertaking that if Parliament passed the measures, cheap ticket facilities, including workmen's fare* on tramways, would b» continued and workmen's fares *md be introduced on bus aervices, •nd that further tube extensions to districts of Greater London would be undertaken.
