May *■ Dr. Sehaeht, Oimu delegate on Reparations, has aeeapted the priaelpn! point* of Mr Owen D. Young's plan, which ii the vis media between the German and Allied plans to solve the Separations problem. The Allied dele gates hare agreed to give the proposals consideration, and have atquetted their submission in writing. The English and Japanese uaqoeetlon ably approve Mr Young's proposals. It is believed that the Italians will support them, but the attitude of Fraaee and Belgium is doubtful. A decision most be suspended, pend ing the return of the first French dele gate, M.
