THE CHIEF JUSTICE. (P.RZ33 ASSOCIATION TELEGSAM.I WELLINGTON, May 3. The Chief Justice was sworn in this afternoon by Mr Justice Herdman, who has been Acting-Chief Justice for some time past. The new Chief Justice commences hia duties at once.
