CHINA'S CAPITAL.
ANOTHER CHANGE PROPOSED. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELECTBIO TELEGRAPH*-COPYBIGHT.) SHANGHAI, December 27. New proposals are afoot again to change China's capital. Sianfu, capital of Shensi Province, is suggested. The reasons suggested are that Nanking is not sufficiently central and is too open to bombardment by foreign warships.—United Service.
