An interesting lecture and demonstration on decorative floral work was given to members of the Canterbury Horticultural Society last evening by Mr W. A. Erasmuson. The Society's rooms were decorated with floral work contributed by members, and Mr Erasmuson with dainty and artistic designs showed himself to be a real artist in floral work. The lecturer dealt with the various sections of show decorative work, including basket, vase, bowl, and table decorations, and at the conclusion of his address was accorded a hearty rote of thanks. • A shilling advertisement in the. classified section of The Press will sell your goods.
