The hearing of the olaims of the New Zealand Federation of Painters' and Decorators' Industrial Association for a new award was ooncladed before the Conciliation Commissioner, Mr P. Rally, to-day. An agreement waa reached on all clauses with the exoep- ; tion of wages, which question was. re* ferred to the Arbitration Court.
