COUGH MIXTURE FACTS.
♦ MONEY-SAVING REMEDY EASILY MADE AT HOME. Qualified Chemist's Recipe. All cough and cold remedies are "mixtures" in that they contain the undiluted "essence" and, of course, the necessary water and sweetening. You save a lot of money by buying the essence only, and adding the water and sweetening yourself . Into a jug put four tablespoonfuls of sugar three of treacle, two of vinegar, and a large breakfastcupful or warm water Stir till dissolved, add a hottle of "Heenzo" (Hean's Essence) and shake well. You thus get the equivalent of eight bottles of cough mixture for the price of one. Many people use "Heenzo" undiluted, by nutting a few drops on lump suear or by adding a few drops toa little hot water with some sugar. The latter method is very warming and soothing and soon removes a cold or chill. "Heenzo" eases all kinds of coughs, and is a handy and genuine remedv for all the usual throat, chest,, and lung troubles. 2s 6d a bottle, .at all chemists and stores. : , —5
