WOOD PRESERVATIVE —Preserves wood, whether exposed, buried, or under water. This preservative will be found most valuable in prolonging the life of all timber by fortifying it against the 'savage'' of timbers dead ly enemies, such as dry-rot, decay, wood worm, etc: The borer will not touch timber that has been treated by this preservative, and even in bad cases if sprayed on hot will destroy the parasite, it is a strong germicide and disinfectant, most valuable to the Station Owner. Farmer, and Poultry keeper, for all outbuildings, stables, and poultry houses. These, if given a good coating of this preservative, will arrest decay and prolong the life of all farm buildings, fencing posts, joists, wood floors, buried timber, gates, hurdles, etc: It ensures adequate protection to all timbers, penetrating into the wood and rendering it immune from the attack and ravages of nature "CHENOL"—The Disinfectant, is a high grade product equal to the imported article, but much cheaper. Chenol is manufactured by the Christchurch Gas Company, which is in itself a guarantee of its quality as a disinfectant and deodoriser, and whilst cheaper than similar preparations, in no way is quality sacrificed to cheapness, for only through "Chenol" heing manufactured bv the Gas Company is it possihle'to place such a high grade disinfectant on the market at such advnntaa:eo is prices. "WEEDOL"—The Sure Weed Killer [t is invaluable for motor drives, garden paths, asphalt and concrete paths, and roads; permanently kills noxious weeds, twitch, moss and other pests. An excellent preparation for destroying weeds of all lsinds. All the familiar sizes of Jeyes' Fluid are exhibited, and there ib a"special display this year 6t Jeyes' Sanitary Powder. This powder is packed in very neat lib'and 21b tins and is retailed at all stores at Is and Is 6d per tin respectively. It will be found invaluable where a dry powder is required for the dry disinfecting of rubbish tins, refuse, etc. Scientific research ,by Messrs Jeyes' has resulted in Jeyes' Soil Sterilising Powder being introduced to the Canterbury tomatogrowers this season with splendid results, and Messrs Nottingham have testimonials from growers certifying that this latest discovery eradicates damping off in tomato plants and destroys all fungus diseases and soil pests, It is also invaluable in assisting the culture of aster plants.
