ARCHBISHOP'S PRAISE.
MEMORIAL TO LORD MILDER. (British official wibelesb.) (Received November sth, 6.5 p.fii.) RUGBY, November 4. A memorial to Lord Milner was yesterday dedicated in one Of the oldest and most beautiful parts of Canterbury Cathedral, the Chapel of St. Martin of Tours, by the retiring Archbishop (Dr. Davidson). It consists of an altar with, above it, an inscription in which reference is made to the manner in whicli Lord Milner, who died three years ago, devoted his life to the social and national well-being of Bn? tain at Home and overseas. ' In his address the Archbishop made particular reference to Lord Milner's services in Egypt and South Africa.
