♦ MACHINE-GUN BANDITS. (tmiTED PEBSS BLECTBIO T?LE<JBAPH— CPJ??BjaHT.) (Received August 28th, 12.50 a.m.) NEW YOBK, August 27. A message from Louisville, Kentucky, states that machine-gun bandits turned a stream of lead upon 23 gamblers in a fishing camp and wounded four of the players. The bandits escaped with £4OOO, firing from a motor-car as they fled. —Australian Press Association.
