The Lyttelton Rowing Club will hold their annual meeting in the Oddfellows' Hall on Monday, at 7.30 pjn. A calf, placing its head between a wheel and the body of a gun, a war trophy, at Holbeach, Lincolnshire, became firmly wedged. Five hours elapsed before the animal was released, little the worse for its experience.
