THROWN FROM HORSE.
(PBBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGBAH.) GISBORNE, July 30. Heremara Tahumatai was found on the road near Whangara on Saturday evening with a fractured • skull, having evidently been thrown from a horse. Ho died in hospital yesterday Another Maori, with whom deceased had been working, reported the mishap to a roadman and galloped away. He has not since been located.
