(UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION—BY KLECTBIO TBfcBOB APH—COPYBIOBT.) (Received July 15th, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, July 14.
The Reichstag adjourned until the autumn, after passing the Amnesty Bill, which it is estimated will release many hundreds, including the last of the soldiers sentenced by the exKaiser's courts martial, members of the Black Reichswehr, Communists, and many non-political offenders, whose crimes may be attributed to distress during the inflation period.—Australian Press Association.
