TOY DOG AND CAT SHOW.
THE SECOND DAY.
The Chrstchurch Toy Dog and Cat Club's annual show was concluded on Saturday, when the cat classes were judged. Large entries and a high standard were features of this section, some very fine cats being shown. Mrs A. Arnold's beautiful silver tabby Persian, Digger, won his seventeenth cup in being judged the best Persian male in the show. The awards were as follows:

SPECIAL PRIZES. Challenge cup, presented, by Mr A. Lezard, for best Persian male in the show, over eight months: Mrs A. Arnold's Digger. Challenge cup presented by Messrs J. and G. M. Wathew, for best Persian kitten, male or female, in the show, under eight months: Mrs Johnson's Tony. Wilkinson Cup, open to members of the Christchurch Poultry, Pigeon, Cat, and Canary Club and the Christchurch Toy Doj and Cat Club, for best Persian female in the show; Miss Boyn's Dolly Vardon.
