The British Commonwealth League, at its conference at present in session, passed a resolution in favour of an Empire-wide law giving woman the same right as man to retain a change of nationality. ... j.u„ Several speakers claimed to have the support of the British and Australian Governments. . Miss Ruby Rich, of New South Wales, said that women should , have representation in the front seats of all Imperial conferences, and only women could dea' with and truly represent women's needs.—Australian Press Association.
