THAT the Royal Exchange Assurance Corporation of London has undertaken to accept all liability arising under any policies (except Marine) Issued by the Southern Union General Insurance Company of Australasia Limited or under any renewals of such policies. 4. THAT the Southern Union General Insurance Company of Australasia Limited proposes to withdraw its deposit of £35,000 in respect of fire insurance, employers' liability insurance, and other classes of insurance business within the meoning of "The Insurance Companies' Deposits Act, 1921-22."
