A grim little drama was enacted outside a Paris theatre, where "Quo Vadisf" was being performed. To give a touch of colour, four lions, which play "star" parts in the production, were placed in cages on the pavement. A poulterer, returning from market with two fine cocks in a basket, stopped to admire the animals. The cocks, also sharing the curiosity of the man, flew oilt of t' e basket and entered the cages. Needless to add, the birds' curiosity proved fatal. If your child is fretful and wakeful, it needs WADE'S WORM FIGS. Safe and sure. All chemists and stores. —-3
