BLIZZARDS IN. BRITAIN. (M CABLI—PBBSS ASSOCIATION—COPXWOHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND H.Z. CABLI A3B0CI1TI0K.) (Received March 12th, 10.55 p.m.) LONDON, March 12. Bitter weather is being experienced. Blizzards and heavy falls of snow prevail throughout Britain, including London. The severe cold is predicted to iast for the rest of the week. This is the more remarkable since last week-end was the hottest for eighty-seven years for the beginning of March. The change in temperature h the biggest ever recorded in Britain in a single week.
