Hie Canterbury Justices of the Peace Association held a members' social in the Masonic- Hall on Saturday evening. Mr Alfred Williams presiding over a large attendance. Mr H. Holland, M.P., pave an interesting address, entitled "Reminiscences of My Visit to Australia," and a number of items were given by various contributors.
