Though Gertrude Bell's Letters are only just out, advance orders have been so large as easily to make the book the week'B best seller. Both accounts of the recent Odyssey of the Duke and Duchess of York, "The Royal Embassy," by Mr lan Lucas, and "The Koyal Tour," by Mr Taylor Darbishire, are also in demand, while the most popular volumeß of fiction at the moment are Mr Herbert Asquith's "Young Orland," Mr D. Beresford's "The Decoy," and Mr E. P. Benson's "Lucia in London."
