A carnival dance will be' held ■ in' the Majestic Hall to-morrow night. Under the auspices of the Christchurch EiveTS Oonservanoy Committee, .a . public meeting will be held in the City Council Chamber to-morrow night to protest against the erection of a.low ferro-concrete bridge at Sea View road, ■ New Brighton. A meeting of the General Committee and of all interested in the Lyttelton Playground Committee will ba held in. the Council Chambers on Thursday night.
