ENGINEERING STRIKE.
TROUBLE IN NEW SOUTH WALES. (BY CABLE—r-BESS ASSOCIATION— COPYBIOHT.) (AUSTBAMAK AND K.Z- CABLB ASSOCIATION.) (Received April 4th, 11.55 p.m.) SYDNEY. April 4. The Clyde engineering works have been again rendered idle, 1200 employees striking as a protest against the alleged (victimisation of a Union delegate by the management of the worlds. The strike is the result of action by the Shop Committee, and was not ordered by the Union. The management state that the strike is an attempt at job control.
