IN "THE WEEKLY PRESS." TOPICAL ISSUE TO-MORROW. Topical pictures, covering a wide range of subjects, will be found in this week's issue of "The Weekly Press," which will be on sale to-morrow morning. The military pageant at Christchurch has provided some impressive •spectacles, which have been well reproduced by the camera. Another outstanding military event, the fine parade of cavalry in the City last week, also makes a fine picture. The departure of the New Zealand cricketers for England, the funeral of the late Hon. D. H. Guthrie, the flood iu the Waiinakariri, the laying of the foundation stone of tho new Lewisham Hospital at Wellington, and other incidents of the week in the Dominion are also described in pictures, while there are some unusual scenic views and an attractive selection of overseas pictures. Short stories by New Zealand .•and English authors occupy a prominent place in the letterpress, while the various special features are up to the usual standard. Altogether this week's issue of "The Weekly Press," to be available to-morrow, will fully satisfy the desires of those who appreciate bright reading matter and clear pictures.
