DR. C. P. SCOTT. (st caulk—rasss Assom-no*—comtoar.) (austbaluv ato jr.s. cato associatio*.) (Received February 16th, 1.15 a.m.) ' LONDON, Febrnary 15. The death has occurred of Dr. C. P. Scott, Bishop of North China. [The Rt. Rev. Charles Prestwick Scott, D.D., was born in 1847 and was educated at Oxford. He was ordained in 1870, was a missionary at Chefoo, China, from 1874 to 1880 and from 18S0 to 1913 was Bishop in Nortfj China.]
