CAUGHT LIVE WIRE.
AUCKLAND LINESMAN BURNED. [THB PBBBS Special Service.] AUCKLAND, February H. P. Baker, an .electric linesman, employed by the Waitemata Power Board at Huapai, had his left hand severely burned as the result of his coming into contact with a low tension wire. The line on which Baker i working ran immediately beneath some high tension wires, and it is surmised that induction from this line was responsible for the accident. The injured man had a hard struggle to free his hand from the-wire. After medical treatment he was able to proceed home. .
