Dalgoty and Company have received cabled advice as follows from London:—Sheepskins sales: There waa a good attendance of buyers and s jood demand from the Continent. As compared with last, sheepskins salts, auperfina merino combing skins are 5 to "\ per cent, higher, other description* of menno Combing are 5 per cent, higher. For merino clothing and crossbred clothing skins the demand is slow, and prices unchanged. Fine crossbred combing ekins aro 5 per cent, higher and medium and coarse 5 to 7) per cent, higher.

FEILDING STOCK SALE. (PBBSS 4SBOCUIIOS TBLEOBA1I.) FEILDING, February 11. A very heavy yarding of 20,000 sheep was offered at tho Feilding sale to-d»y. Tho demand was not up to the supply, the absence of rain, no doubt, making buyers' ideas of values well below the reserves. A fair number of sheep and lambs vraa passed in. Prices showed a considerable decline, although, taking the quality into account, the fall was not so large as it appeared. The quality and condition were not nearly up to the standard of late talcs. Lambs rere in heavy supply, but the demand was not keen, and a large number of pen 8 was passed in. F»t ewn brought 12s to 20a 3d, fat wethorl 18s 7d to 20s 6d (shorn), and to 23s (woollv), fat iambs 23a. Two-tooth wethers gold for 16s 7d to 21s 6d, two-tooth breeding ewes 17s 8d to 24a, b.f. lambs 13s Id to 13s 6d, good 14s to 15s 7d, medium 9s to 12s lid, inferior 5s 6d to 8s ed, w.f. lambs, good 13s 7d to 15s lOd, modium 10s 8d to 12) Bd, inferior 5s 2d to 9s 6d. A good yarding of cattle met with a dull ssle. Practically all the store cattle were passed in, no interest being taken in the offering. The fat cattle yarded were of poor quality, and met with a poor tale. Medium fat cattle brought £3 5a to £4 7s, small, good quality fat heifers £5 12s 6d, 18months Jersey heifers £1 2s £d to £4 16», Jersey weancr heifers 20s to 30s, forward three-year steers £B.

WAIMATE HORSE SALE. There was a good attendance ot farmers at the horse eale at Btudholme, and the range of prices was quite satisfactory. Threeyear raarea brought from £33 to £37, fouryear £35 to £3B 10s, nine-year £2O to £3O, nged £l3 to £2O 10s, six-year geldings ranged from £4O to £45 10s, seven-year from £2B to £3B, eight-year Trom £2O 10s to £33, and seed from £ls to £2O.
