The grim fate of a Cambridge undergraduate, Handle? Seymour, was reveal* cd in tho early morning throogh a woman's observations from a window. f?he saw a man leaning motionless over the bonnet of a ear in a garage. Inquiries showed that Seymour had been dead all night. He journeyed from London, and put hit car in the garage, and was apparently examining it while the engine was running, when Ma scarf bcm mo entangled and he was strangled.
