(ACSTXAUAS AWD 5.2. CABLB ASSOOATIOS.) LONDON, February 3. Commander Locker Lampson has tabled an amendment to the Address-in-Reply expressing regret that there ftre no references to breaches of the trade agreement between Britain and Russia, and urging the early reconsideration of the agreement. Colonel Burton, in a similar amendment, expresses regret at the subversive propaganda by Soviet agents, urging the desirability of closing down Soviet agencies in Britain and deporting all foreigners engaged in them.
