TN pursuance and rxcrciso of the powers vested in it, in that behalf, by the "Local Bodies* Loans Act, 1926," the Waimairl County Council proposes to raise » SPECIAL LOAN OP £5500 for Purchaso of Land for the Pnrposo of Providing a Park in Webb's road, Fcndalton. It is proposed to pay out of the Loan the cost of raising the Loan, Expenses of Poll, and the Ist year's Interest and Sinking Fund.
