The chairman of tliO shareholders' committee of the Marconi Company states that following an examination of Sir Gilbert Garnsey's (chartered accountant) report by a sub-committee, the Board has agreed to the appointment of an advisory committee consisting of Sir Hugo Hirst, Lords Ashfield. and Bucklaml and Mr 0. A. Szarvasy to make recommendations regarding the future control and conduct- of the business of the company. The pledge of secrecy under which the sub-com-mitteo is acting still npplic*.
