A THRILLING FILM. QUEEN'S THEATRE, TODAY. Hichanl Talniadgo is one of tho must daring and courageous stunt artists appearing in films to-day. Nothing is too impossible or dangerous for this actor, who delights in performing prodigies of fearlessness and sensation, and in "Laughing at Danger," his latest picture, which is to be presented at tho Queen's Theatre this week, lie eclipses all his previous efforts for sheer daring and effectiveness. Tho story is sufficiently exciting aud intriguing to ensure it a high plnco among any photoplays, but together with Tnlmadgo'a amazing versatility in the performance of feats, it gains considerably in interest and Btaying power. Tho story is brilliantly romantic, a spy, a deathray machine, secret plans, a villain or two, nn'd tho eternal hero and heroine-, completing a well-known and always popular company of players in a niclfjdrnma which is always ncceptablo to tho public. "Laughing at Danger" Is tho epilomo of thrills and counter-thrills, and, although the plot is complicated and baffling, and the action replete with tho innumerable incidents calculated to havo everyone guessing, everything is skilfully unravelled at tho end, and tho mystery and suspense cleared up in a manner satisfactory to everyone, Heading tho supporting cast is Eva Novak, an actress who has had wido experience in all kinds of pictures, and who seems to find this typo of film particularly to her liking. "Silk Stocking Sal," a snappy and colourful society druma, Is tho other big picturo on tho programme, starring Evelyn Brent. There is always something happening in this story, with a great deal of drama, and sufficient comedy in it to mako it palatable to all tastes.
