SUPREME COURT.
AUCKLAND, February 5. In tlic Supreme Court, Benjamin Addington Keston was admitted to two years' probation on four charges of theft from his employer, conditional on restitution to the extent of £3B. Clifton Webb Verran was admitted to probation for two years, accused having inado complete restitution. William Robert Curson, found guilty as accessory to the theft of £B, was admitted to two years' probation conditional on taking out a prohibition order.
