(Received February 6th, 3.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER, February 5. The Maoris beat an All Mainland team by 43 points to nil. BRILLIANT PASSING. (Received February 7th, 12.30 a.m. i VANCOUVER, February 5. Displaying more finesse than they exhibited in tho first game at Vancouver, the Maoris concluded their visit by administering a real trimming to their opponents. The Antipodcans were breaking away almost at will, especially after halftime. Vancouver never had a chance, though in the last three minutes they propelled the ball to within five yards of the Maoris' line. The latter's defence held, however, and from that position Pelham, Kingi, and Barclay started a tun from lino to line for the final try by Barclay. This was very spectacular, the trio d übling back many times to elude'the Vancouver tacklers. Altogether the team was wonderful, and their brilliant passing electrified the crowd, which numbered 3500. Falwasser scored four tries, Potaka two, Barcla. two, and Kingi, Olsen, Matene, Pelham, and Robinson one each. Matene and Robinson converted one each.
