LONDON, February 3. The Lisbon correspondent of "The Times" states that a military revolt has broken out. and that martial law has been proclaimed. TROOPS MOSTLY LOYAL. iStdSET "SCTt" SEEVICE.) (Received February 4th. 8.40 .p.m.' LONDON ; February 1. The "Daily News" Lisbon correspondent says the Government reports that the majority of the troops are loyal and that complete order prevails outside Lisbon and in the city. The restaurants and theatres are closed and trafli': ceases at ten o'clock ct nighf. when all roust be indoors.
